Delete your Pilu account
This page explains how to permanently delete your Pilu account and what happens to your data when you do. This applies to the Pilu Android app.
How to request deletion

Send an email to support@pilu-ai.com with the subject "Delete my Pilu account", or use the button above to start a pre-filled email.

Send the request from the same email address associated with your Pilu account — this is how we verify the request is really you.

We verify the request and permanently delete your account and data, as described below.
What gets deleted
When your account deletion is processed, we permanently delete:
- Account and profile data
- Baby/child profiles
- Feeding logs
- Sleep logs
- Diaper logs
- Growth records, including growth photos
- Milestone records
- Vaccination-related records
- Reminders
- Doctor notes
- AI assistant conversation history
- Any other uploaded images or user content
Processing time
Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days of verification.
What may be retained
Some limited information may be retained where required by law (for example, certain records needed to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes).
This action is permanent. Once your account deletion is processed, your data cannot be recovered.
