Description of service

Pilu is an AI-powered parenting companion that combines daily tracking (such as feeding, sleep, diapers, and growth) with general AI guidance and parenting information. Pilu is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns about your child.

Eligibility

Pilu is intended for use by adult parents and guardians managing information about their own household and children. It is not directed at, or intended for direct use by, children.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Acceptable use

Please use Pilu as intended: to help manage day-to-day parenting information and get general guidance. Don't misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or rely on it as a substitute for professional medical advice.

AI features

Pilu's AI assistant provides general, educational information based on the questions you ask. Responses may not always be accurate or complete, and should not be treated as professional medical, legal, or other expert advice.

Your content

You retain ownership of the information and content you add to Pilu (such as tracking entries, notes, and photos). You grant Pilu the license needed to store, process, and display that content back to you as part of the service.

Subscriptions & payments

Termination

You may stop using Pilu and request account deletion at any time — see our Delete Account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
